Read, clear and find old notifications

From the bell. Click it in the top bar to see the most recent notifications, unread ones marked with a dot. Clicking a notification marks it read and opens whatever it is about — the deal, the ticket, the customer — so the bell doubles as a to-do queue you can work straight down. Markera alla som lästa empties the badge in one go.

From the history page, reached from the bell or at the Aviseringar page:

1. 1Filter by what the notification is about, and by read or unread, to find the one you remember.
2. 2Select rows to mark them read, or delete them outright.
3. 3A shortcut on the page takes you to your notification settings when the real answer is "stop sending me these".

The bell only keeps the recent ones; the history page has everything, which is where to go when you know a notification arrived and you have lost it.

If the badge will not clear, it is usually a notification you have not actually opened rather than a bug — use Markera alla som lästa on the history page, which covers everything and not just the visible page.

Deleting a notification deletes only the notice. The deal, ticket or comment it was about is untouched.
