Connect PowerOffice Go and choose which system wins

Open Marknadsplats from the sidebar and choose PowerOffice Go. The settings page has these tabs: Anslutning, Konfiguration, Fältmappning, Synk, Bokföring, Logg and Ansvariga personer. Which system is the master is not a tab of its own: it is a card on Konfiguration, described below.

Connect

On Anslutning:

1. 1Steg 1 — Applikationsnyckel. Välj vilken PowerOffice-miljö du vill ansluta till och kopiera sedan motsvarande applikationsnyckel till PowerOffice Go. Use Kopiera nyckel.
2. 2I PowerOffice Go: Inställningar → Tillägg → Lägg till anpassat tillägg, klistra in den här nyckeln, godkänn integrationen och kopiera sedan klientnyckeln som PowerOffice genererar och klistra in den nedan.
3. 3Steg 2 — Klistra in klientnyckel från PowerOffice. Paste it under Klientnyckel and press Testa och anslut. The connection is checked before it is saved.

Which system is the master

Open Konfiguration and find the card Konfliktlösning och sanningskälla.

Sanningskälla per posttyp has one choice each for Kunder, Produkter, Kontaktpersoner and Leverantörer: either PowerOffice vinner or DealJourney vinner. All four start on PowerOffice vinner. I automatiskt läge vinner det valda systemet när samma post har ändrats i båda systemen.

Above it, Konfliktlösningsläge decides whether those choices are used at all:

• Sanningskälla (lös automatiskt): När en post har ändrats på båda sidor löses konflikten automatiskt av vinnaren per posttyp som valts nedan.
• Manuell lösning: När en post har ändrats på båda sidor visas konflikten så att du kan lösa den, och den skrivs aldrig över automatiskt. The per-record-type choices are greyed out in this mode.

Press Spara konfiguration at the bottom of the card to keep the change.

What this setting does not do. It only settles a record that changed in both systems since they were last in step. It does not switch the sync off in either direction, and it does not cover invoices. Choosing DealJourney vinner for customers means a customer you edited here is not overwritten by an older version from PowerOffice when both sides have changed it.

The same card also holds Text på fakturarad. Styr hur texten på en orderrad sätts samman när en faktura överförs till PowerOffice.

The other tabs

• Synk previews and runs the sync for each record type.
• Fältmappning decides which field goes where.
• Logg shows the integration's recent activity.
