Play a recorded Telavox call

Open the record's timeline and expand a recorded call. Choose Spela upp inspelning to load its audio, then use the player to pause, resume or move within the call. Playback is available even if the call has no transcript.

The audio is fetched from Telavox only when requested. DealJourney does not keep an audio copy. Playback depends on Telavox still retaining the recording and the call owner's connection remaining available. If that connection needs renewing, the player explains that the call owner must reconnect Telavox.

A recording that Telavox has removed cannot be played here. Any transcript already saved in DealJourney remains separate from the audio.
