Test a new module before it is released

Some modules are opened for testing before they go on sale. If you join one, your whole company gets that module free while the test runs, and in return we ask you to tell us how it goes. You also get a chat channel where you can report problems and we answer.

Only an owner or an admin can sign the company up, because joining unlocks the module for everyone.

Find what is open for testing

2. 2Choose the Beta filter at the top of the page.
3. 3Pick a card to read what the module does, what you get, and what we ask for in return.

Each card says whether the test is still taking companies and, when places are limited, how many are left.

Join a test

Read the terms on the card first. They are short and they matter:

• The module is free for your whole company for as long as the test runs.
• We ask you to tell us how it goes. That is the whole price.
• When the test ends, your access either goes back to what it was before you joined or stays unlocked. The card says which one applies before you join.

Then choose Gå med i testet. The module is switched on straight away and a chat channel is created for your company, named after the module.

Where you do the testing

Most tests run on our preview site rather than here. The preview site runs the newest version of DealJourney, so what you report is what we are actually working on right now. This site is a few weeks behind it by design, which means a problem you find here may already be fixed.

It is the same company, the same sign-in and the same data as here, just at a different address. Nothing is copied and nothing is set up separately. Anything you create while testing is simply in your account, exactly as if you had created it here.

Use Öppna förhandsvisningen on the card, or the same button on the small marker that appears at the bottom of the screen while you are testing.

Tell us how it is going

While your company is in a test, a small marker sits at the bottom of the screen on that module. Choose Skicka feedback on it, say what happened, and send. We see which screen you were on, so you do not have to describe where you were.

Four kinds are offered: something broke, something was confusing, an idea, and it works well. All four are useful. Half a sentence is better than nothing, and we can always ask you more in the channel afterwards.

Everything you send also lands in your test channel, so it becomes a conversation rather than a form you never hear back from.

Leave a test

Open the card again from Beta and choose Lämna testet. Your access returns to exactly what it was before you joined. Nothing you created while testing is deleted.
