Delete a lead

To delete a single lead:

1. 1Open Leads from the sidebar.
2. 2Find the lead in the list.
3. 3Open the menu at the end of the row and choose Slett.
4. 4Confirm when prompted.

To delete several at once, tick the checkboxes next to the leads you want to remove and use Slett valgte. A large delete runs in the background, so you can keep working while it finishes.

Consider marking them unqualified instead. A lead set to an unqualified status drops out of your working list but stays on record, so you keep the evidence of which sources produce prospects that go nowhere. Deleting throws that away, and it is the sort of thing you only notice you wanted a year later when someone asks which campaign was worth repeating.
