Keep files in DealJourney

DealJourney Files is being rolled out to selected workspaces. Once it is available, a workspace without connected storage can upload files immediately. Your administrator can also choose DealJourney under Dokumentlagring using Bruk for nye opplastinger. This changes where new uploads go. Existing SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox files stay where they are.

Open a record's documents and choose Last opp filer or Last opp mappe. You can select many files, drop them onto the page, or paste a screenshot. Each file shows its progress in Opplastinger. You can visit another record while uploads continue; keep the browser tab open. A dropped connection is retried automatically. If an upload stops, choose Pr?v igjen. The default per-file limit is 200 MB; a workspace may have a different limit.

When the same name is already present, choose Erstatt or Behold begge. Replacing keeps the old file in Papirkurv for 30 days.

Choose a file to preview it. PDFs have page thumbnails and text search; images can be zoomed; audio and video have playback controls. Text and CSV previews show the first 256 KB. Scans without a text layer cannot be searched. Space opens a focused file, the arrow keys move between files, and Escape closes the preview. Kopier fillenke gives a colleague a link; they still need permission to see the record.

Office documents can be downloaded or opened in desktop Office. To save changes, upload the edited file and choose Erstatt. Editing together inside DealJourney is not available.

Use Ny mappe to organise files. Folders are one level deep; nested folders selected for upload are shown as combined folder names. Drag files onto a folder to move them. Removing a folder keeps its files on the record. Workspace folder defaults are explained in Standard folders.

Flytt til papirkurven moves a file to Papirkurv. Open the trash and choose Gjenopprett within 30 days. After that, the scheduled cleanup removes the stored file. Files held by an external storage provider follow that provider's rules.

The name filter searches the files already loaded on this record. Use Last inn flere filer to load another page. Searching native file contents across the workspace and reading them with Dealy are planned for a later release.
