Move a meeting by dragging it
You do not have to open a meeting to reschedule it. Pick it up and drop it where it belongs.
- 1Open Kalender from the sidebar.
- 2Press and hold on the meeting.
- 3Drag it to the slot you want and let go.
{{title}} flyttet til {{day}} kl. {{time}} confirms the move. The meeting keeps its attendees, its linked contacts and everything else about it; only the time changes.
What a drag does in each view. In Dag and Uke you drag to an exact slot, and the meeting snaps to the nearest quarter hour. In Uke you can also drag sideways onto another day. In Måned there is no time axis, so a drop moves the date and keeps the time of day exactly as it was: a nine o'clock meeting dropped on next Tuesday is still at nine.
Making a meeting longer or shorter is a drag on its bottom edge, in Dag or Uke. The start stays where it is and the end follows your pointer, down to a fifteen minute minimum.
Some things cannot be dragged. Tasks, activities and logged interactions appear on the calendar so you can see your whole week, but they belong to their own records and are edited there. Reporting deadlines are the same. And a colleague's private meeting shows as a busy block you cannot move, which is the point of Private meetings.
With a mailbox connected, the move is written to your real calendar too, and your attendees are notified by Outlook or Google in the usual way. If that write fails the meeting springs back and DealJourney tells you why, so a meeting that looks moved really has moved.
