Teach Dealy your support voice and common answers

Dealy can read your team's past support replies and suggest how your company writes, so its drafts sound like you. It can also find the questions customers ask again and again and suggest one answer for each. Nothing is used until you have looked at it.

Learn your voice

  1. 1Open a ticket, open the Dealy-utkast panel and click the settings button in its top corner.
  2. 2Next to Tilpassede instruksjoner, click Lær av tidligere svar.
  3. 3Tick which replies Dealy should read: Svar på saker, shared support mailboxes, and your own mailbox if you want. A colleague's mailbox is only listed if they have made their email visible to the team.
  4. 4Click Foreslå instruksjoner. Dealy writes its suggestion into the instructions box, replacing what was there. If you had text in the box, the message that appears has an Angre button that puts it back.
  5. 5Edit the suggestion as you like, then click Lagre. Until you save, nothing changes.

Common answers

  1. 1In the Dealy-utkast panel, click the Standardsvar button next to the settings button.
  2. 2Click Finn spørsmål som går igjen, tick the replies to read and click it again. This can take a minute. You can close the window meanwhile; a message tells you how many new answers there are to review.
  3. 3Each suggested answer shows how many conversations asked it, when Dealy could tell. Click Godkjenn to start using it, Rediger to change the wording first, or the bin to discard it. You can undo a discard for a few seconds. A discarded answer is not suggested again.
  4. 4On a ticket that asks one of these questions, the approved answer appears below the drafts in the Dealy-utkast panel. Click the text to read all of it, and Sett inn i svaret to use it. Dealy's own drafts also use the approved wording when it fits.

Approved answers are kept in your knowledge base, in an internal collection that customers never see, so you can also find and edit them there. Click Slutt å bruke to stop using one.
