Create a task
The quick way, and the one to use most of the time:
- 1Open the Oppgaver tab on a project, or the task list.
- 2Type into Legg til en oppgave og trykk Enter…
- 3Press Enter.
That is it — the task exists, unassigned and undated, and can be filled in later. Capturing it in three seconds while you are talking to someone beats a perfectly-specified task you never got round to creating.
Adding the detail. Open the task and set:
- Ansvarlig — who owes it. Left as Ikke tildelt, nobody does.
- Prioritet — Høy, Middels or Lav.
- Frist and Start.
- Estimat, if you want to compare it later with Faktiske timer.
- Kunde and Prosjekt, so it can be found from the record rather than only from the list.
Subtasks. Use Legg til deloppgave, or type into Legg til en deloppgave og trykk Enter… A task with subtasks shows a Fremdrift bar as they are ticked off, which is what turns "build the onboarding" from a single stuck row into something you can see moving. Drag to reorder them.
Blocked by something else. Link the dependency and the task shows Blokkert av {{count}} oppgave(r), so the reason it is not moving is visible on the row instead of living in someone's head.
Your own custom fields work here too — Administrer egendefinerte felter on the task list. See Add a custom field.
