Work a calling list on the map

The map works on one calling list at a time. Each address on the list becomes a pin, coloured by where it stands.

Show a list

1. 1Open Kart from the sidebar.
2. 2Choose the list under Ringeliste. If there is none yet, the picker says Ingen ringelister ennå. Importer en under Ringelister.
3. 3If the page says Ingen adresser er plassert på kartet ennå, the addresses have not been placed yet. An administrator places them with the geocode button at the top of the map, which also shows how many are still waiting. Everyone else sees Be en administrator om å geokode listen.

Søk etter adresse… finds an address and moves the map to it.

Filter by status

Filtrer på status shows or hides pins by status: Ny, Kontaktet, Kvalifisert, Tilbud sendt, Salg, Nei, Ikke hjemme and Oppfølging, each with its count. That is the only filter on the map: it does not filter by owner, customer type or other fields.

Split an area between reps

1. 1Press Tegn et område (polygon). Klikk for å plassere · dobbeltklikk for å fullføre, or press Fullfør.
2. 2The area opens with the addresses inside it and how far they have got.
3. 3An administrator picks the rep under Velg selger and presses the assign button. Every address in the area that has a place on the map is assigned to that rep.

An area is only kept once it has been assigned. Tegnede områder lists the saved areas with each rep's progress, and is where you delete one.

Check the count before assigning. An area drawn a little wide can hold several hundred addresses, and assigning moves all of them.

Addresses that are not on the map cannot be assigned by area. Disse adressene mangler koordinater og kan ikke tildeles et område The area's line in Tegnede områder says how many there are.

Calling through your part

Start ringing works through the addresses on the chosen list that are assigned to you and not yet finished, one at a time. Click a pin and choose Start ringing herfra to begin from that address instead. A pin also offers Ring and SMS directly.
