See everything Dealy did for you

Everything Dealy does for you is in one list, across all your conversations, so you never have to scroll back through chats to find out what happened.

Open Dealy full screen. In the conversation list on the left, under Settings, choose What Dealy did. On a phone, open the conversation list first.

The newest action is at the top. Each line says what Dealy did or was asked to do, names the record, and on the right shows how it ended:

• Done: Dealy made the change. For an edit, the fields are listed with the value before and after.
• Undone: the change was taken back.
• Waiting for your approval: Dealy needs your yes before it does this. Open the conversation to approve or decline it.
• Declined and Not approved in time: nothing was changed. An approval that is not answered within an hour lapses.
• Failed: Dealy tried and it did not work, so nothing was changed. Open the conversation to see why.

Under each line is when it happened and the conversation it came from. Click the conversation to open it.

Filtering. Use Show to show only Changes made, Waiting or not approved or Failed, and the From and To dates to narrow it to a period.

Undo. Changes that can be reversed have Undo beside them. It works exactly like undo in See and undo what Dealy changed: you need the right to edit the record, and an edit someone made since is replaced too.

Who sees what. You see your own. Workspace admins can switch between Only mine and Everyone to see what Dealy did for everyone. Someone else's conversation shows its name but cannot be opened.

Searches and lookups Dealy makes while answering are not listed: only actions that change something, or tried to.
