Work with custom records
Open the object from the sidebar. The list is titled with your plural label, shows Antal {{labelPlural}}, and offers Søg i {{labelPlural}} plus the same filters, columns and saved views as every other list: Filter a list.
Creating. Ny {{label}}, fill in the fields, Opret {{label}}. Ingen {{labelPlural}} endnu. Opret din første. is the starting state.
On a record, the tabs are Oversigt, Aktiviteter, Dokumenter, Begivenheder and Historik, with Hurtighandlinger for Ring and E-mail.
The Aktiviteter tab is what makes these real CRM records rather than rows in a table: notes, calls and meetings are logged against them the same way they are against a customer.
Change history. The Historik tab lists every change made to the record: which field, what it said before and after, who changed it and when. A record that moved from one customer to another shows the old and the new customer by name. Several quick edits to the same field by the same person within five minutes show as one change, and saving without changing a value records nothing. See See what was changed on a record, by whom and when.
Whether an object keeps this history is a choice per object. Open the object's page, choose Tilpas side, and use Gem ændringshistorik. It is on for objects you create yourself. Turn it off for an object an integration keeps in sync: its scheduled updates would otherwise fill the history and hide the changes people make. Changes made while it is off are not recorded and cannot be filled in later, and importing records never adds history.
On the customer card. Each of your objects that links to companies gets its own tab on the customer card, under the object's own name: a coffee company that calls its object Maskiner sees a Maskiner tab. It appears by itself as soon as the object has a link to companies, added at the end of the tab row; move it or hide it from Edit Layout like any other tab. The tab lists that customer's records, one list per link, so you do not have to go to the object's own page and filter. That list behaves like the full one: search, filters, the column picker, sorting, tick-boxes down the left margin and the same actions on what you tick.
Whether the tab shows on a customer that has none of these records yet is a choice per object. Open the object's page, choose Tilpas side, and use the switch for showing the tab on companies that have none yet. On, every customer has the tab, so the first record can be added from there. Off, it only appears where there is something to see.
On the deal. When one of your objects has a link to deals, every deal gets a Objekter tab, listing the records that point at that deal. It is added last in the deal's tabs; move or hide it like any other tab. Starting a new record from there links it to the deal before you type anything.
Exporting. Eksportér {{labelPlural}} — Vælg hvilke kolonner der skal med i CSV-filen for {{labelPlural}}. See Export a list to Excel or CSV.
Exporting only what you ticked. The export control at the top takes the whole filtered list. When you tick rows instead, the bar that appears offers an export of just those rows, on the object's own list and on the customer card alike. It opens the same column picker, so you choose which of the object's fields end up in the file. See Act on many records at once.
Deleting several. Slet valgte: Dette fjerner {{count}} {{labelPlural}} og alt, der er registreret på dem. Det kan ikke fortrydes. You are told Slettede {{count}} poster, or Slettede {{deleted}}, men {{failed}} kunne ikke fjernes when something held a record back.
