Mark an opportunity as won
When a deal closes successfully, mark the opportunity as won so the pipeline forecast and revenue reports reflect what actually happened.
- 1Open the opportunity from Affärsmöjligheter (or from the customer's page).
- 2Click Markera som vunnen.
- 3Confirm — if the dialog prompts for a close date or final amount, set them accurately. The numbers you enter here are what shows up in revenue reports.
- 4Save.
The opportunity now appears as won, and a confirmation dialog offers you the customer and the new subscription so you can go straight to either one.
That dialog also shows what is still finishing. Winning a deal can create a customer, build a subscription, link the contacts, and push a draft invoice into every accounting system you have connected. The first three are done by the time the dialog opens. The accounting push talks to Fiken, Tripletex, e-conomic or PowerOffice over the internet, so it finishes a moment later and ticks itself off in the dialog while you read. You do not have to wait for it: closing the dialog, or navigating away, does not cancel anything.
If an accounting system was unreachable, the dialog says so. The deal stays won either way; the failure is recorded in that integration's own log, not lost.
If this is the first time the customer has reached the won stage, downstream automations (invoice generation, subscription activation, welcome workflows) may fire, so only mark won when the deal is genuinely closed.
To mark an opportunity as lost instead, use Markera som förlorad from the same page. Recording losses honestly is what makes the win-rate metric meaningful.
