Add a payment to the forecast

Available on all plansHow-toOpen in DealJourney

Use this for money the CRM does not already hold — salaries, rent, tax, a deposit. Unpaid invoices, subscriptions, supplier bills and pipeline deals are already on the timeline if you have them switched on in settings.

  1. 1Open Liquidity forecast from the sidebar.
  2. 2Click Add event.
  3. 3Set Direction to Inbound (incoming) or Outbound (outgoing).
  4. 4Enter the Amount, Currency, and Expected date.
  5. 5Give it a Label so you can recognise it later — e.g. Salaries, Office rent.
  6. 6If it repeats, set Repeats to monthly, every 3 months, or yearly, and optionally Ends on. Keeps repeating until you remove it.
  7. 7Save.

Editing a repeating line edits the whole series. This event repeats. Anything you change here applies to every payment in the series. Changing the date on the occurrence you opened moves when the series starts.

Removing one payment is not the same as removing the series. On a repeating chip, Delete asks Remove this payment, or all of them? This payment on {{date}} is one of several in a repeating event. Removing the whole series removes every payment in it, past and future. This payment only leaves a gap you can Bring it back. The whole series removes every payment in it, past and future.

Only manual events can be edited or deleted here. CRM-sourced chips can be dragged and reset; they are not rewritten from this page.
