How many workflow runs you have used
Above your list of workflows, a short line shows how many times your workflows have done their work so far this calendar month (Arbetsflödeskörningar den här månaden), with last month's number beside it. Hover over it for a reminder of what counts.
What counts as a run
One run is one workflow finishing its work on one record. A deal reaches a stage, and the rule creates the task and sends the email: that is one run, however many steps the rule has.
These are never counted:
- A test run from the editor, and the nightly rehearsal that checks your rules still work.
- A run that failed.
- A run that stopped because there was nothing for it to do.
A workflow that waits between its steps, for days or weeks, counts once, when it starts. A rule set to wait before it runs counts when it actually runs.
The count starts again on the first of each month, at midnight Central European time.
If your agreement includes a number of runs
The line then reads as how many you have used out of the number included, with a bar that fills up. Your administrators get one message when you pass 80% of it in a month, and one more if you reach all of it.
Nothing stops when you reach it. Your workflows keep running exactly as before, and the line simply says you are over.
Where these messages arrive, and how to change that, is in What actually sends you a notification.
