The Renewals tab
Förnyelser is the working queue for retention: Kommande och försenade prenumerationsförnyelser som kräver uppmärksamhet
The numbers at the top. ARR i risk (90 dagar) — Årlig återkommande intäkt som förnyas de nästa 90 dagarna — is the one to run the tab on. It turns "some renewals are coming" into a figure, which is what gets a renewal conversation prioritised over a new deal.
Totala pipeline-förnyelser and Genomsnittlig förnyelsecykel — Genomsnittlig tid mellan prenumerationsförnyelser, Baserat på historisk förnyelsesdata — give the shape.
Priority. Renewals are sorted into Kritisk — Kräver omedelbar åtgärd — Hög prioritet förnyelser and Medel prioritet förnyelser, with {{count}} dagar kvar against each and ARR: {{value}} beside it.
⟦{{count}} förnyelser förfaller inom 7 dagar⟧ is the line to read every Monday. A renewal you notice on the day is not a renewal conversation, it is an invoice the customer may query.
⟦Hög volym förnyelser de nästa 30 dagarna – överväg resursplanering⟧ — the tab tells you when a month is lumpy, which is worth knowing before the month starts rather than during it.
Exporting. Exportera förnyelsesdata lets you set the Tidsperiod (Nästa 30 dagar, Nästa 90 dagar, Nästa år), Risknivåer att inkludera and Inkludera försenade förnyelser, then choose columns. That export is the account-management call list.
Overdue renewals are the ones to look at first. A subscription past its renewal date is either being served without an agreement or is quietly churning — both are worse than an awkward conversation.
Renewing or changing one happens on the subscription itself: Change, pause or end a subscription.
Why renewals slip is a retention question rather than an admin one: The Retention tab.
