Choose what Momentum tracks and set your targets
Momentum started as a view of closed sales. It can also track calls, meetings, emails and completed tasks, with targets for each. Nothing is weighted or converted: a call is never counted as part of a sale, so every comparison is like with like.
Choose what to track (administrators)
- 1Open Inställningar and find Vad ska följas.
- 2Switch on the measures you want. Everything except sales starts switched off.
- 3For each one, enter the team's Idag, Denna vecka and Denna månad targets. Leave a box empty for no target. A box saves when you leave it.
Only workspace administrators see this card. The daily sales goal is still set in the card above it, because streaks are measured against that one number.
What each measure counts:
- Samtal: calls logged on a customer, lead or deal, including calls from a connected phone system.
- Möten: meetings that have taken place and are linked to a customer, lead, deal or contact. The organiser gets the credit. Internal meetings and cancelled ones do not count.
- E-post: emails sent from connected mailboxes. A workspace with no connected mailbox will see nothing here.
- Slutförda uppgifter: tasks and activities marked as completed.
Set your own targets
- 1On the Momentum dashboard choose Sätt mina mål.
- 2Type a number in any box to set your own target. An empty box follows the team's target, which is shown in the box.
- 3Choose Spara.
Your own target wins over the team's. The daily sales goal is the team's and cannot be changed personally, so that streaks stay comparable.
Follow your progress
Dina mål on the dashboard shows each target with how far you are. For a week or a month it also says whether you are on pace: that is only said once about two fifths of the period's working days have passed, so a Monday morning never reads as behind. Select a tile to see the records behind it.
Administrators can configure Arbetskalender below the team targets: choose working weekdays, an optional Danish, Norwegian or Swedish holiday calendar, and workspace closures. Until someone saves a calendar, pacing uses Monday through Friday with no automatic holiday exclusions.
In your own goal editor, Min ledighet lets you enter your time off. These dates affect only your pacing; they do not change the team's calendar. Date ranges include both ends and overlapping days count once. The progress card shows how many working days have passed this month. A period with no working days does not label you behind.
Calendars change weekly and monthly pacing only. They do not reduce target amounts, remove sales, or alter the shared daily sales goal and streaks. Choose Spara kalender to save; success stays visible beside the button.
On the leaderboard, the buttons beside Affärer and Värde switch the ranking to any measure your workspace tracks. The same rule applies as for sales: only the top sellers are shown, and if you are not there yet only you see how far away you are.
