The SMS inbox

SMS-inkorg is every SMS conversation your workspace has, newest first, whoever sent it. Use it when you are the person watching for replies; use the record's own tab when you are working one customer.

Each conversation shows Från and Till, grouped by day — I dag, I går — with {{count}} meddelanden. New arrivals raise Nytt SMS från {{sender}}, and Uppdatera pulls the latest.

Delivery status is per message, and worth reading properly:

• Köad — accepted, not yet handed to the network.
• Skickat — with the operator. Not proof it arrived.
• Levererad — it reached the handset. This is the only status that means what people assume "sent" means.
• Misslyckades — it will not arrive. Usually a wrong or disconnected number, sometimes a recipient who has opted out.
• Utgången — the operator gave up retrying, typically a phone that was off for a long time.
• Mottaget — inbound, from them.

A run of Misslyckades against one country is normally a sender-registration problem rather than bad numbers: Get SMS switched on.

⟦Okänt nummer⟧ means the number matches no record. Create the contact from the conversation so the next message lands on somebody rather than floating loose.

⟦Inga SMS-meddelanden ännu⟧ on a record you expected to have history usually means the messages were sent from a personal phone rather than from DealJourney. Only what goes through the app is logged.
