Read the answers
Across responses. The results view for a questionnaire shows every response, who it came from and whether it is complete, with the answers aggregated per question. This is where a choice-based question earns itself: counts and distributions are immediately readable, while free text is a column you have to sit down with.
One response at a time. Open a response to read it as the person answered it, section by section, including anything they left blank.
On the customer. The answers are attached to the record you sent it to, so the next person who opens that customer sees what was answered without knowing a questionnaire existed. That is the point of sending it from the CRM rather than from a form tool.
Partial responses still count. Somebody who answered eight of twelve questions has told you eight things. Read them before chasing — often the four missing ones are the four they could not answer, which is itself information.
Getting the data out. Export the responses when you want to work on them in a spreadsheet, or share the numbers with someone who does not use DealJourney: Export a list to Excel or CSV.
Close the loop. A questionnaire nobody hears back about trains people not to answer the next one. Even a one-line "thank you, here is what we changed" measurably improves the response rate the following time.
