Reply to a note in a thread

A question about one note, or a quick back-and-forth with a colleague, belongs with that note rather than as new notes further up the timeline. Reply in a thread and the conversation stays under the note it is about.

1. 1Open the record: a customer, contact, opportunity, lead, activity or subscription.
2. 2Under the note on the timeline, click Svara.
3. 3Write your reply and click Svara.

The reply appears under the note straight away.

Threads stay folded. A note with replies shows how many it has. Click that count to open the thread, and Dölj svar to fold it again.

A reply does not move the note. The note keeps its place in the timeline by its own date, so an old note with a new reply does not jump back to the top.

One level only. You reply to the note, not to a reply. Everyone in the thread answers the same note.

Only notes can be replied to. Emails, calls, tickets and other entries do not have threads. Ticket comments and project comments are separate and are not affected.

Edit or delete a reply by hovering over it, the same way as a note. Deleting a note also deletes its replies.

A reply is still a note on the record, so anything that counts a record's notes and activity counts replies too.
