The four kinds of product
The tabs on the products page are not filters over one list of similar things — they separate genuinely different kinds of item, and picking the wrong one causes trouble later at invoicing.
⟦Engångsprodukter⟧ — sold once. Installation, hardware, a training day, a fixed-price project. Marked Engång.
⟦Återkommande tillägg⟧ — billed every period, but attached to an existing subscription rather than being the subscription itself. Extra seats, extra storage, a support upgrade. Marked Återkommande.
⟦Prenumerationsnivåer⟧ — the plan a customer is *on*: Basic, Pro, Enterprise. Marked Huvudprenumeration. See Set up a subscription tier.
⟦Alla produkter⟧ is everything together, which is where you go to search rather than to think about structure.

The rule. A customer has one subscription tier and any number of recurring add-ons. If two of your items could sensibly be sold to the same customer at the same time, they are add-ons, not tiers. This is the mistake worth avoiding: modelling "Pro" and "Extra seats" both as tiers means a customer who wants both cannot be represented, and someone ends up faking it with a second subscription.
⟦{{total}} produkter fördelade på {{tiers}} prenumerationsnivåer⟧ in the header tells you how many of each you have. A catalogue with twenty tiers is nearly always add-ons filed in the wrong place.
Pricing sits on the product, including per-currency plans and VAT treatment: Prices, VAT and margin.
Products are also used on deals, where they become quote lines: Add products to an opportunity.
