The History tab

Historikk lists completed periods as rows — Periode, Type, Mål, Nøkkelresultater, Gj.snittlig fremdrift, Fullført, På sporet, I faresonen and På etterskudd — so quarters can be compared rather than remembered.

What to look for is the trend, not the best row. Average progress climbing across three periods means the way you set and work objectives is improving. It flat at a high number usually means the targets are too easy, and flat at a low number means they are too ambitious or too many.

Goal count matters as much as progress. A period with twenty objectives at 60% is a worse period than one with six at 85%, whatever the average says. Watching the count fall over time is often the clearest sign a team has learnt what OKRs are for.

⟦Ingen historiske data ennå. Fullfør en periode for å se sammenligninger.⟧ — a period has to be closed before it appears here: Close out a period.

History is the numbers; the retrospective is the reasons. Read them together — this tab tells you the quarter went badly, the retrospective tells you why, and only one of those changes what you do next: Write a retrospective.
