Stop losing three days to "does Tuesday work?"
Publish a link for the kind of meeting you want to offer. The other person sees only the times you are genuinely free, picks one, and it is booked. No proposing slots, no double-booking, no separate scheduling subscription.
Dette får du
Built on your real calendar
Availability comes from your connected Google or Outlook calendar, so a link can only offer time that is actually open. The booking syncs straight back, with the invitee as an attendee.
A link per kind of meeting
A short intro call, a longer demo, a quarterly review. Each has its own length, its own weekly availability and its own web address, so you send the right one instead of explaining which slot to take.
Buffers and limits that protect the day
Set time either side of a meeting, and how far ahead people may book. Without buffers a good day books back to back with no gap to write anything up or get anywhere.
One page for all your links
A share profile lists every link you offer, which is what belongs in an email signature. The other person chooses the kind of meeting rather than you guessing.
Innebygd, ikke påmontert
A booked meeting is the start of a relationship, not a calendar entry. That is the part a standalone scheduling tool has to hand back to you.
It lands where the work is
The meeting is in the same calendar as everything else you do in the CRM, next to the customers, deals and follow-ups it belongs to.
Reminders before, not regrets after
Automatic email and SMS reminders on a schedule you set, so a booked slot is more likely to be a meeting that happens.
Reschedule and cancel without emailing you
Every booking carries its own links to move or cancel it, and you can require your approval first if you would rather vet requests.
Priced in
No per-seat scheduling subscription on top. It is part of the CRM you already pay for.
Spørsmål og svar
- Do I need to connect a calendar first?
- Yes, and it matters. Availability is calculated against your real calendar, so without the connection a link will happily offer times you are already busy. Google and Microsoft both work.
- Does the person booking need an account?
- No. They open the link, pick a time and enter their details. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
- Can I approve requests before they are confirmed?
- Yes. A link can require your confirmation, in which case the request waits for you and the other person is told either way.
- How is this different from a standalone scheduling tool?
- The meeting lands in the same place as the customer, the deal and the follow-up, so you are not reconciling a separate calendar tool against your CRM afterwards. It also costs nothing extra.
