ProjectsAlpha

The deal is won. Now someone has to actually deliver it.

Projects picks up where the pipeline stops: a spreadsheet-style grid for the work itself, with tasks, owners, dependencies and capacity. Because it sits on the customer record, the people delivering can see what was promised and what it was sold for.

What you get

A grid your team will actually use

Rows, columns, statuses and inline editing that behave like the spreadsheet you're trying to replace, without the copy everyone keeps on their own desktop.

Tasks, owners and dependencies

Assign the work, set the order it has to happen in, and see what's blocked before the customer does.

Capacity you can see

Who's overloaded, who's free, and what happens to the schedule when one project slips.

Attached to the customer, not floating beside it

Every project belongs to a company. Open that customer and you see the deal, the invoices, the tickets and the delivery work in one place.

Built in, not bolted on

Delivery is the point where most CRMs hand you off to another tool and lose the thread.

From won deal to project

Turn a closed opportunity into a project without re-typing the scope, the contacts or the amounts.

Visible to the people who sold it

Sales can answer “where are we with this?” without interrupting the delivery team.

Billing knows what shipped

Delivery progress and invoicing live in the same system, so what you bill matches what you actually did.

Questions, answered

Is this a replacement for a full project management tool?
It's aimed at teams whose delivery work follows their customers: agencies, installers, consultancies, service businesses. If your projects are engineering sprints, keep your development tooling.
Can I use it without the CRM side?
You can, but you'd be leaving the value on the table. The reason it's worth using is precisely that the project sits on the customer who paid for it.
Is it available on every plan?
Projects is currently in alpha and is enabled per workspace. Ask us to switch it on for your account and we'll walk you through it.
