Team chat

Stop pasting CRM links into Slack.

Team chat lives inside DealJourney, next to the customer record you're discussing. Channels, threads, direct messages and everything else you'd expect. The difference is that the deal, the ticket and the invoice are one click away instead of one tab away.

What you get

Channels, threads and DMs

Organise by team, by customer or by project. Threads keep side conversations out of the main channel, and direct messages cover the quick questions.

Context that comes along

Paste an opportunity, ticket or customer link and it unfurls into a live card. Everyone in the channel sees the same numbers without leaving the conversation.

Guests without a seat

Invite an external partner or a customer into a single channel. They see that channel and nothing else in your workspace.

Ask the assistant in the channel

Dealy is in the room. Ask it to summarise a thread, pull up a customer's open tickets, or draft the reply you were about to write.

Built in, not bolted on

The point isn't to replace a chat app on features. It's that you already pay for this one, and it's already looking at your data.

One less tool

No extra per-seat bill, no second directory of users to keep in sync, no separate invite flow every time you hire.

Notifications that mean something

@-mentions, followed threads and an activity view that tracks what you have actually read, item by item.

Attached to the work

Conversations sit next to the record they're about, so the context survives long after everyone has forgotten the thread.

Questions, answered

Is this meant to replace Slack or Teams?
For a lot of smaller teams, yes. It covers channels, threads, direct messages, files and mentions. If you're deeply invested in Slack or Teams, keep them: DealJourney posts won deals and new tickets into Slack, and captures Teams meeting transcripts onto the right deal.
Can customers or partners join?
Yes, as guests. A guest is scoped to the specific channels you invite them to and cannot see the rest of your workspace.
Does it cost extra per user?
No. Team chat is part of the platform, not a separate per-seat product.
