Connect Visma.net to your CRM
Visma.net is Visma's cloud ERP for financials. DealJourney keeps customers, contacts, products, invoices and suppliers in step with Visma.net, so both systems hold the same customer list without anyone exporting a spreadsheet on a Friday afternoon.
Available on requestThe Visma.net connector is built and tested, but we are still waiting on production credentials from the vendor, so we switch it on per customer rather than letting you self-serve it.
What syncs with Visma.net
Record type by record type, and which way each one moves. Nothing here is rounded up.
| Record type | Direction | What moves |
|---|---|---|
| Customers | Both ways | Company records, organisation numbers and addresses stay identical on both sides. |
| Contacts | Both ways | The people at each company, with the email and phone number you actually use. |
| Products | Both ways | Your price book and article numbers, so a quote line and an invoice line mean the same thing. |
| Invoices | From Visma.net | Lines, quantities and VAT, carried across without anyone retyping them. |
| Suppliers | Both ways | Supplier records, so the purchase side of the ledger matches too. |
Checked against the Visma.net connector in 2026-08. Changes are picked up on a scheduled sync rather than pushed to us.
