Connect Tripletex to your CRM

Tripletex is one of the accounting systems Norwegian small businesses run on. DealJourney keeps customers, contacts, products, invoices, orders, suppliers and payments in step with Tripletex, so a won deal becomes an invoice in the system your accountant already uses and nobody types the same line twice.

Available nowConnect Tripletex yourself from the integrations page inside DealJourney.

What syncs with Tripletex

Record type by record type, and which way each one moves. Nothing here is rounded up.

Record types DealJourney syncs with Tripletex, and the direction of each.
Record typeDirectionWhat moves
CustomersBoth waysCompany records, organisation numbers and addresses stay identical on both sides.
ContactsBoth waysThe people at each company, with the email and phone number you actually use.
ProductsBoth waysYour price book and article numbers, so a quote line and an invoice line mean the same thing.
InvoicesBoth waysLines, quantities and VAT, carried across without anyone retyping them.
OrdersTo TripletexOrders raised from a won deal, so the paperwork starts itself.
SuppliersBoth waysSupplier records, so the purchase side of the ledger matches too.
PaymentsFrom TripletexWhether an invoice has been paid, read back from Tripletex into the customer record.

Checked against the Tripletex connector in 2026-08. Changes are pushed to us as they happen rather than waiting for a scheduled pass.

  • VAT codes are mapped per product line, so a pushed invoice posts correctly instead of needing a correction in Tripletex.
  • You can map DealJourney fields onto Tripletex fields yourself, including custom ones, rather than accepting our defaults.

What the Tripletex sync does not cover yet

These record types do not move between DealJourney and Tripletex today. We list them rather than leave you to assume.

  • Quotes
  • Supplier invoices
  • Recurring invoices
  • Journal entries

From won deal to invoice, through Tripletex

  1. 1

    The deal is won

Mark the opportunity won in DealJourney. That is the only action anyone takes.

  2. 2

    The customer appears in Tripletex

If the company is not in Tripletex yet it is created there, matched on organisation number, so you do not end up with two versions of one customer.

  3. 3

    The invoice is created

Lines, quantities and VAT come straight off the deal. The invoice lands in Tripletex, where your accountant already works, instead of in a spreadsheet on the way there.

  4. 4

    It stays one record

The invoice keeps its link to the deal and the customer in DealJourney, so sales and finance are looking at the same record instead of two copies of it.
