Connect PowerOffice Go to your CRM
PowerOffice Go is Norwegian cloud accounting for small and mid-sized companies. DealJourney keeps customers, contacts, products, invoices, quotes, suppliers, supplier invoices, recurring invoices and journal entries in step with PowerOffice Go, so a won deal becomes an invoice in the system your accountant already uses and nobody types the same line twice.

What syncs with PowerOffice Go
Record type by record type, and which way each one moves. Nothing here is rounded up.
| Record type | Direction | What moves |
|---|---|---|
| Customers | Both ways | Company records, organisation numbers and addresses stay identical on both sides. |
| Contacts | Both ways | The people at each company, with the email and phone number you actually use. |
| Products | Both ways | Your price book and article numbers, so a quote line and an invoice line mean the same thing. |
| Invoices | Both ways | Lines, quantities and VAT, carried across without anyone retyping them. |
| Quotes | To PowerOffice Go | Quotes drafted in DealJourney, created in PowerOffice Go for you to send. |
| Suppliers | Both ways | Supplier records, so the purchase side of the ledger matches too. |
| Supplier invoices | From PowerOffice Go | Incoming bills read out of PowerOffice Go, so money going out shows up next to money coming in. |
| Recurring invoices | To PowerOffice Go | Subscription schedules that keep billing on time without anyone clicking a button each month. |
| Journal entries | From PowerOffice Go | Posted entries read from PowerOffice Go, so reporting in DealJourney uses booked figures. |
Checked against the PowerOffice Go connector in 2026-08. Changes are pushed to us as they happen rather than waiting for a scheduled pass.
- Credit notes can be raised from DealJourney too, not only invoices.
- You can map DealJourney fields onto PowerOffice Go fields yourself, including custom ones, rather than accepting our defaults.
What the PowerOffice Go sync does not cover yet
These record types do not move between DealJourney and PowerOffice Go today. We list them rather than leave you to assume.

- Payments
From won deal to invoice, through PowerOffice Go
- 1
The deal is won
Mark the opportunity won in DealJourney. That is the only action anyone takes.
- 2
The customer appears in PowerOffice Go
If the company is not in PowerOffice Go yet it is created there, matched on organisation number, so you do not end up with two versions of one customer.
- 3
The invoice is created
Lines, quantities and VAT come straight off the deal. The invoice lands in PowerOffice Go, where your accountant already works, instead of in a spreadsheet on the way there.
- 4
It stays one record
The invoice keeps its link to the deal and the customer in DealJourney, so sales and finance are looking at the same record instead of two copies of it.
